WHEN CAN CONSTELLATION WORK BE HELPFUL?

- when facing inner blockages or seemingly stagnant patterns within yourself or within a relationship
- for recurrent conflicts and challenging dynamics in any relationship
- when there is a desire to bring more clarity and healing into a relationship or relationship constellation
- if you want to understand past family dynamics better, how they have shaped you and how they might still be impacting you

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A CONSTELLATION WORK PROCESS?

Each process starts with a short conversation, in which the client’s theme and the intention are discussed. We also define who (which people or themes) will be represented in the constellation process.

After that, the client chooses representatives from the group and arranges them in the room in a way that accurately represents the situation for them. The representatives are asked to share what they experience, and an exploration begins as to how more healing and clarity can be brought into the system. This process is very unique and involves a complex interplay between the experience shared by the representatives, the impulses of the client and my own impulses and interventions. It can involve gestures, movement and specific sentences spoken. The client can, but does not have to, enter the constellation themselves.
Important: I strongly believe in the wisdom and healing impulses of the client and the system and see myself as a midwife, not an expert of any given process. I might make suggestions for certain gestures or sentences to be spoken that I believe have healing potential. All these are suggestions based on my experience and intuition. I never force my impulses or interpretation on the client or the representatives.

Hello dear city dweller,

welcome to this deep dive into your mythic identity through nature and soul work.

This is an invitation to radically change your perspective on what is alive all around you, right here, in the midst of the big city.

It is a call to step beyond the beaten tracks of your familiar ways and turn towards something more radical, powerful and potentially life-changing through the mirrors of the natural world: your soul.

This 4-week closed container is designed to take you, step by step, into deeper connection with yourself and your soul through connection with the natural world of Berlin. It supports you to connect to the red thread of your life, to hold and to follow it, no matter where it may take you!

The program emerged out of my own longing to feel more connected to nature and wildness in Berlin. I have crafted it with much love and care, adapting ancient nature-based practices to suit the city context.

FORMAT

We meet every Tuesday evening from 6.45 - 9.45 for 4 at Heilkunstraum Berlin and will be spending about half of this time outside in the surrounding area.

The format is designed based on the steps of a solo vision quest, designed to prepare for, embark on, and integrate your deep-dive into soul:

Week 1: The Preparation

Week 2: The Threshold Crossing

Week 3: The Journey

Week 4: The Return

Each week you will receive an additional invitation for a practice or reflection aimed at taking you deeper into the themes that emerge for you, which you can engage in in-between our meetings.

You will have access to a telegram group, in which you can share any revelations and reflections throughout the weeks.
